Schulte Table
Improve your focus and peripheral vision
How to Use the Schulte Table (5×5)
📘 What is a Schulte Table?
A Schulte Table is a grid—typically 5×5—that contains randomly placed numbers (usually 1 to 25). It's used for improving peripheral vision, reading speed, and visual attention. Schulte tables are commonly used in speed reading training and cognitive development exercises.
🎯 Objective:
Find and click the numbers in sequential order from 1 to 25 as quickly and accurately as possible, without moving your eyes from the center of the table.
🛠️ How to Use This Tool:
- Focus your eyes on the center of the grid before you begin.
- Without moving your eyes, locate the number 1 and click it.
- Continue clicking the numbers in ascending order (2, 3, 4… up to 25).
- A timer will track your performance — try to improve your time with each attempt.
✅ Training Tips:
- Practice daily to improve your concentration and reaction time.
- Try not to move your head — rely on peripheral vision.
- Start with 5×5 and progress to larger grids like 6×6 or 7×7 for greater challenge.
🎓 Benefits:
- Increases reading speed
- Improves focus and concentration
- Trains peripheral vision and short-term visual memory
This exercise is widely used by students, athletes, pilots, and professionals to enhance cognitive performance. Try to beat your best time and stay focused!
